If the fuel pump passes again-Im back to square one with my problem of crapping out at 6 to 7thou rpm's. This test method is much more difficult cause the relay is hidden in there-hard to get to-my reason for testing by simply removing fuel line and run engine with float bowl fuel. With engine running I got 4oz x 6=24oz=3/4ths of a quart-right? so it passes-I want to retest using book method to see if I get the same results.

Yes but I am going to retest today to confirm volume-my last test was done with the engine running fuel line off carbs-today will run test following manuel instructions-jump relay-turn key on-should deliver 0.74qts-test is for 10sec times 6=1min=0.74qts plus or minus 0.10 Does your pump flow the required volume of fuel?
